I have finished both my games against Tony Barnsley
from England who playing for Eur A. in
InterZonal
2000, Board 6. I played draw with white and lost with
Black. The result was then; 1½ - ½ to him. Tony
Barnsley have now completed the tournament with the score 6 of
8, and with that made his first GM norm, Gratulation to you Tony
!!. The

I have special leave 21.09. - 30.09. 2001 since I shall go to
the ICCF congress
in Rimini, Italy. There will I receive my IM title. There
will be NO updates on this pages when I have special leave, but

2001 in Rimini
I have now bought flight tickets for my doughter, wife and me
from Norway to Italy in September. We are going to the ICCF
Congress, who is held in Rimini, Italy. We are taking this tour
like an late summer holiday and where I get the opportunity to recive my IM title personally. The Congress is from 22.09.2001
to 28.09.2001.

accident
It turned up that it was a
woman ( typical ! ) who had run into me after she had crossed
the line. After the crash she run away and let me behind. The
police found out where she lived, but it turned up that she
diden´t have any insurance policy.

I have just arrived home ( 10.05.01 ) from hospital after a car
crash on Tuesday ( 08.05.01 ). I have been very " Lucky
" and have got 6 stitches in my head. Both of my arm is
" no good " after I tried to protect my self in the
crash. I have a very stiff neck, pain in my back and periods
with very bad headache.

has earned the IM title
The WebMaster have today got information from Mr. Rawlings, Alan
who is the TD. in
1st
North Sea Team Tournament that Donnelly, Mike
from England have given up our game. This was my last game in
this tournament, and that means I have reached the IM norm of
7/10. Since my fixed rating at the start of the tournament
was 2463, will this qualifie me for the IM
title
